Six Diagnostic Imaging Centers locations serve throughout the Greater KC Area: Same-day, Evening and Saturday scheduling is offered.

Telephone Scheduling
- Call our Scheduling Center at 913-344-9989 or 816-444-9989.
- Have the following information
ready when scheduling:
- Patient's name, home and work phone number, date of birth
- Examination and day preferred
- Referring physician's full name, office phone number, fax number
- Insurance carrier
- A referral form if required
- Pre-cert numbers are required for some carriers (see insurance list)
- Probable diagnosis and reason for examination
- The patient's report will be forwarded to the ordering physician, or any additional physician requesting. If a call report or fax report is desired, please indicate proper phone/fax number when scheduling.
- Patients should arrive at the facility 10-20 minutes before their scheduled examination depending on the procedure they are having. Occasionally, there may be a short wait, but we do try to accommodate our patients as quickly and as close to schedule as possible.
- Our billing office will be happy
to file your patient's insurance. Please have them
bring their insurance cards and any completed insurance
forms when they come for their exam.
Fax Scheduling
- Please obtain the same information from the patient and physician as in Telephone Scheduling.
- Fax scheduling can be done after hours or when the patient is unsure of a good scheduling time while visiting your office.
- We will provide your office with exam scheduling forms for scheduling. Please complete form and fax to the Scheduling Center at 913-344-9957 or 816-444-9957--give one copy to patient and keep one for your office files. Ask patient to call appropriate office to schedule their appointment. Patient orders will be kept on file for 30 days.
